Please read below for this week’s activities and what is coming up for DES!
THIS WEEK and NEXT:
Wednesday 1/22 – Nothing Bundt Cakes Fundraiser – Flyers and order form went home. Order form DUE by 1/22 with Cash or Check to DES PTA in marked envelope “PTA Cake Fundraiser” OR Venmo @DeMasiPTA w/ students name & cake. The class with the most cakes sold wins a prize!! ~ Flyer here – CLICK HERE
DeMasi Spreads Love Service Day – the Signup Genius for donations should go out this week. Please be on the lookout for what your child’s grade will be donating to help with assembling different bags for charities on the day of the event and the deadlines associated with them. This event will be taking place during the day for your child. Schedule is TBD as of now. We will need volunteers the day of (Thursday 2/13) to help man the stations if you have any time in your schedule to help out.
If you are cleaning out any children’s books please save them! We are partnering with Camden County Pop Up Library as one of the charities and will be donating books to them!
Friday 1/31 – L.E.A.D. Graduation Ceremony for 5th grade will be from 1:45pm-3pm in the cafeteria/multi-purpose room.
Friday 1/31 – The “Double Down on Evesham Education Casino Night” put on by the Evesham Education Foundation is from 6:30pm -10:00pm at the Mansion in Voorhees. Come out and support! The link to purchase tickets is below. https://eveshameducationfoundation.org/double-down-casino-night/

Tuesday 2/11/25 – Next PTA Meeting. There WILL be childcare!
Thursday 2/13/25 – DeMasi Spreads Love Service Day. More details, deadlines and signups to come. Please see the above information.
Friday 2/14/25 – NO SCHOOL!
Monday 2/17/25 – NO SCHOOL!
**Our membership drive is ongoing! Please consider signing up to join the PTA! This is an annual membership and needs to be renewed each year. A portion of your dues goes back directly to the students and staff. We encourage both parents, grandparents, aunts & uncles to sign up! Just a reminder if you have signed up to be on a PTA Planning committee or Room parent this year you must be a paid PTA member. All volunteers for PTA events must be a paid PTA member. So if you plan on helping at color run, recess runners, book fair, holiday shop etc please join! We can’t do it without your support!! The link to join is below.
